Buriton Business Park nestles in its own 'hidden' valley just 2 miles south of Petersfield in Hampshire. Despite being less than one mile from the A3 dual carriageway, our business units enjoy the peace and quiet of the Hampshire countryside, as do the wildlife that inhabits our woodland surroundings.

As well as being unseen owing to a discreet driveway the Business Park is fully fenced, well-lit and has CCTV surveillance. This secluded yet secure location is why Buriton Business Park has virtually no history of vandalism or theft.

All this and still Guildford is only 30 minutes away. We are just 45 minutes from the M25, approximately an hour from London and it is only a 20-minute drive to the coastal M27 motorway.

Buriton: a brief history
Buriton Business Park began life as former agricultural buildings, skilfully converted into spacious and flexible business units in 1998. The Park was then completely refurbished to an exceptionally high standard in 2008. Since then. several units have been customised to fit specific client requirements, including a full working kitchen for hire, a recording and band practice studio, a fitness hall and various artisan workshops.

Buriton Business Park is managed by Management Design Services (MDS), who have an office onsite. Current manager Anton is always available to help with any questions or issues.

About Management Design Services (MDS)

MDS manages Buriton Business Park and other industrial property and storage facilities, principally in Hampshire. Buriton Business Park is managed for a successful Pension Fund founded in 1984, with premium investment in industrial property.

MDS began as a trading division of a Property, Building and Construction group before being incorporated as Management Design Sevices (MDS) Ltd in 2002. The company's principal activities continue to be property management, design and refurbishment.
